Snowflake Cortex is currently in private preview, so pricing information is not yet available. However, Snowflake has stated that Cortex will be priced on a pay-as-you-go basis. This means that you will only be charged for the resources that you use.
Once Cortex is released to the public, pricing information will be available on the Snowflake website.
